I led with design to help the product team build a new business intelligence platform. Helping to acquire new customers and strengthening the customer's trust, and increasing user satisfaction.

Bosch — Where cutting edge digital solutions meet industrial expertise.

We identified a promising opportunity to innovate within their industry by creating a platform that enables users to build, configure,and receive production-ready device drivers.

Zalando — The leading European online platform for fashion and lifestyle

At Zalando, the condition agreements section within the retaildepartment had become outdated, lacking critical features that employees expected based on their experience with other tools.

Viessmann — The leading European manufacturer of heating technology

I helped build two products- I redefined the UX of the B2C heating control app ViCare, and I defined the onboarding process for the new B2B ViGuide platform.

Fleetboard — Among the leading OEM telematics providers in Europe

We merged dispatcher tools to deliver an intuitive, customizable, and frictionless way to enable dispatchers to do their job more effortlessly. Order management, planning monitoring, and communication are more efficient by also reducing costs.

Over the last 14 years, I've gained experience working in-house and freelance on successful e-commerce, B2C, and B2B SaaS projects for companies in various industries, becoming a fast learner, deliverer, problem solver, passionate contributor, team leader, and true team player.

When I'm not working, I read about- and listen to product and design related topics and certainly about the developments in AI. I love music, Basketball and Italy.
